with translated subtitles ready and in place, we would excited if a artifical voice engine could speak the translation over our videos. When no Voice is detected the original Soundtrack could be mixed in. This would be a gamechanger.

I would find it very useful if Happy Scribe could talk OVER a YouTube video in a different language, for someone who doesn’t speak English… Just like they do on some foreign News on TV.
