Downloading videos in different sizes and formats
Maria Zenagui Glaili
Would like to be able to download videos with the Happyscribe subtitles, in different file sizes and resolutions for different platforms.
For example, Google Business requires a file no larger than 100mb. Instagram TV has their own size requirements etc.
At the moment, I have to download the Happyscribe video then reload on the editing software, then make the different versions.
Adding this feature would save tons of time.

Have a look at an application called Handbrake. It'll allow you to convert your video into different formats and embed the downloaded .srt file from HS. It might be a good stop-gap or even eliminate this need to be programmed into HS.

Formatting templates for subtitles
Happy Scribe
Add a feature where you ask if they are putting the video on youtube, or Instagram or other platforms, depending on the one they choose you can apply a template of how subtitles are best formatted for that channel?
Of course, people who want a specific format for the subtitles regarding ‘characters per second’ and ‘characters per line’ can customize that too.
But it would be nice to have a template of what works best regards subtitles for each social channel based on Happy Scribe's experience and data.
