Add the ability to edit timestamps in the transcription editor.

This can be useful when the speech recognition software has not recognized a portion of the audio, and the content needs to be added manually.

This is a really needed feature. It's impossible to create accurate transcripts with timestamps when HS doesn't detect all the spoken words or the audio is a bit poor.

Is there any way to get more visibility on this? It's really crucial when adding text that was missed by the AI, that needs to be on its own paragraph. The timestamp is usually wrong in this case.

Or at least make it so that we can pause at the exact spot and when we press enter, the time stamp is generated from the current paused timestamp, rather than from when the next/last word timestamp is.
