Integromat

Thanks so much to all three of you for your very informative replies. This really helps a lot.
I have been looking through the developer documentation and it seems a solid platform. I can also see after trying it a little that the features it has are much more complete than Zapier's.
In short: Zapier has more users and is simpler, but Integromat is probably much less painful when you use it intensively, it has more features and is cheaper. From the developer side, Zapier seems more mature but both platforms look very solid.
I am going to link this ticket from our integrations page happyscribe.com/integrations so that other users have it easier to vote for this integration. And I will definitely keep it in mind.
Thank a lot again!

All my automations are on Make (prev Integromat). Very intuitive and also cheaper than Zapier. An integration with Make with help every Make users

To bridge the gap, you can also utilize the API by making an HTTP request.

We need to be able to automate things using make.com (previously integromat)

Hi everyone,
This makes a lot of sense to me. I agree Zapier has some quirks that are very annoying. However what we liked about it is that we have full control of the integration and we can 100% commit with you to support it. I have seen many other Zapier alternatives that have built integrations with us, but they are the maintainers and I am having a lot of trouble understanding which one is the best/most popular for our users. I don't think we can keep a strong relationship with all of them but probably we can do Zapier and one more.
I was wondering, is Integromat much better than all these?:
- Pabbly Connect: https://www.pabbly.com/connect/integrations/Happy-Scribe/
- Integrately: https://integrately.com/store/happyscribe
- Sync Spider: https://syncspider.com/integrations/happy-scribe/

Yoel Cabo: I understand that completely. Zapier is definitely one of the most popular options. That makes sense in any way. Since we are a young start-up, we are always looking for software that has an affordable pricing model and is scalable, when the cashflow is available. We compared a few services and found Integromat very promising. Our criteria were:
- Wide range of integrations (the only provider that had Sendcloud, Lexoffice and Woocommerce integration)
- Flexible customisable pricing model (even free version is really extensive)
- Own integrations via JSON
- Intuitive interface
These are all points we found in Integromat, which is why we decided to choose it.
As you have probably already observed, many automation services have recently come onto the market. I think it will still take some time before the final top 3 established. Maybe it would be a possibility to make a vote in the Happyscribe community and find the top 3, to contact them afterwards and maybe find out the active user numbers?
On the other side, offering different options with reduced support might be an option as well or not? Maybe it's only the way you communicate it...
Just some thoughts on that topic. Hope this helps!

Yoel Cabo: We moved from Zapier to Integromat due to tons of flow errors (long time users 4+ years). Integromat is much more stable and it is also cheaper. Sure is not as known as Zapier, but if far better than Zapier. As a cons, Integromat learning curve is a bit heavier, but once you know the basics, it works and is a platform to trust and to rely on.

Yoel Cabo: Yes, Integromat is much better than all of the ones mentioned.
I've been a heavy Integromat user for 4 years now and they even just got acquired by Celonis which is a very big company for enterprises.
That being said, it will go even further up.
Another thing to consider is that we're very close to the Integromat 2.0 Launch which will make the current version 1000x more effective than it already is.
There will be a big surge, and we're by far not at the end yet.
You can also build your own integration on Integromat and keep 100% of the control over it.
It's quite easy and there are detailed guides.
Once it gets approved by Integromat, it will be in the main marketplace and everyone can start using it.
Let me know if you have any further questions about it.

Yoel Cabo: As @Ankit mentioned in May, Integromat re-branded to Make.com. As such, maybe you should update the logo on the integration upvote (attached) so that others recognize it.
In my humble opinion, Zapier is old-school, pricey, and clumsy compared to what these guys offer and where they are going. It has become a stable, reliable force to patch applications across the net for our small business.
"A year ago, Integromat was a product, a brand, and a company. Since then, things have accelerated: we evolved from a company in one country to a truly global business, leveraging the infrastructure and scale of Celonis."
OR, better yet, re-evaluate and "Make" it happen ;)
